Today's Reason for My Ever Present Water Retention
I just ingested 80% of my daily sodium allowance in one sitting with a bowl of this.

I LOVE lentil soup...next time you have it, put a little balsamic vinegar in it. DEELISH...that's an Alan Bridge trick. Sorry this has nothing to do with your post!
